Boškinac Cuvée (2014)

The Boškinac Winery is the result of a family tradition in the wine production. Theirs ancestors, Šuljic-Boškinac, have been carefully cultivating the vineyards and nourishing the wine production over the centuries, so it is not a surprisethat the wine cellar has been the backbone of the family lifestyle.

The types of grapes have been changing, wars have passed through the Novalja plain, but the vineyardsare still remaining an everlasting source of existence. Therefore, the wine cellar revives the family values, but at the same time, offers some new products and possibilities. Today, on six hectares, we have thirty thousand grapevines of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Gegić, Chardonnay and Sauvignon.

The main goal is that theirs wine connoisseurs feel the power of the south, as well as the power of rocky island Pag through wines, and at the same time the elegance of the cultivated temper that is achieved by great efforts demanded by the vineyard. Boškinac Grande Cuvée, a dry wine produced from three varieties of white grapes - Gegić, Chardonnay and Sauvignon. The wine has a full character, strong flavour and wealth of extracts, and pronounced mineral notes.

Food pairing: fish dishes, and for lighter meat dishes such as veal and poultry.
