Jagunić has manged to make a real fine and mineralic sparkler, reminding in a lot of ways on champagne. 100% from Chardonnay and without any dosage, it is really sparkling and refreshing on the palate. A serious drink, and probably one of the best Croatian spakling wines. Vintage 2016 - it was an excellent one in Croatia.
Fresh and complex at once, made in very limited quantity of 2.000 bottles, was aged in on lees for 24 months.
Food pairing: Due to very nice acidity, perfect match with fish or as a strarter.
